Our flavours have been carefully developed to taste delicious.

Equally importantly, we have tried to cater to as many restricted dietary requirements as possible. All of our arancini are Gluten Free, tested by a microbiologist for gluten, the results were 0.0 gluten detected in any of our arancini.

We have a variety of gourmet meat, vegetarian and vegan also cater to low to no FODMAP and they're nut free as well.

Because flavour and quality is so important to us, we source all of our ingredients from Victorian farmers. We are accredited with Victorian Farmers Market Association.

All of our retail packaging is fully recyclable, including the transparent film and gas-free packaging with no gloss on the labels.
