We are proud to source 100% of our fresh ingredients from local Victorian farmers and producers, and if unavailable, we use Australian farmers. We always use the highest quality, freshest ingredients possible.

As members of the Victorian Farmers Markets Association, we’ve fostered special relationships with Victorian farmers producing premium quality, ethically farmed ingredients. We are pleased and extremely proud to partner with them in producing our amazing Arancini.

Three steadfast generations of the Marmorale family are behind La Vera, a bespoke Italian cheesery established in South Australia in 1984. From day one, the cheese range was built on the visions of Pino and his wife Giovanna, fulfilling a special niche to give us true flavours of Italy.

They supply us with:

Based in the Western District of Victoria, Bellellen are another one of our herb suppliers.

Sap 'N' Tap

Sap 'N' Tap

It starts with the Vermont forest, which my family bought over 20 years ago and conserved with an easement, a legally binding commitment to not develop property on that land forever. While the initial intent was to only harvest timber at the forest, we decided to invest in and create a maple syrup operation in 2017. Our sustainable forestry management practices have left these 60-100 year old maple trees in good stead to provide very high quality maple syrup.

Lard Ass Butter

Lard Ass is about bringing a smile to your face when it comes to eating good food.
Their cultured butter is made on a small scale so that flavour, texture and ingredients are quality. Big on taste thanks to ripening cream from grass-fed cows, once you try cultured butter you won’t go back to ordinary butter. Their butter is made from single batch churned cream after ripening with a starter long enough to bring out flavour, then hand kneaded and hand wrapped.
